I personally wouldn't mind if the complainers said 'thanks for the advice and for trying to help, I'll go and try that' but they just usually fire back straight away with something that leaves them gaining no sympathy.
All good advice there Nick, hope its read and digested by some here, the forum has many repetitive plundering threads that all start with the OP moaning about it, all the threads have plenty good advice which I think is largely ignored hence the fact there is little or no sympathy towards the OP.
